In this paper, the bonding interface of bonded three junction batteries adopts P + GaAs / N + InP structure, and the open circuit voltage of the battery is 3.0 v. without optimization of the battery structure, the efficiency is 24%, and there is no antireflection film on the surface. The open circuit voltage shows that the three junction batteries are connected in series, It provides a new way for monolithic integrated high efficiency multi junction battery. The experimental results are analyzed and the improvement measures are given.
